Is there any "money" way for incremental allocation? Finding the right place is very important
as of July 2017, 22 provinces and cities (regions) have announced the transmission and distribution prices. Here we briefly sort out the distribution prices of these provinces and cities, and further analyze the impact of distribution prices. 3. When a project is given, it will have an impact on the investment prospects of increased distribution
overall analysis of transmission and distribution electricity price in each province
due to the transmissibility of transmission and distribution electricity price, the next voltage level includes the price of the previous voltage level, so we can roughly compare the overall level of transmission and distribution electricity price in each province by selecting the transmission and distribution electricity price with the lowest voltage level
(I) comparison of large industrial transmission and distribution electricity price of 10KV voltage level
first, compare the overall transmission and distribution electricity price of large industrial users. We take the transmission and distribution electricity price of 10KV voltage level as a sample to make a horizontal comparison among 21 provinces and cities (regions)
(II) price ratio of transmission and distribution of general industry and Commerce less than 1kV
the following is the comparison of provinces and cities of general industry and Commerce less than 1KV. Since the transmission and distribution price of Shenzhen does not include general industry and Commerce less than 1kV, only 20 provinces and cities (excluding Shenzhen and Yulin) are compared here
summary of distribution prices for large industries of 110kV and below
above, we have a macro understanding of transmission and distribution electricity prices in various provinces and cities. Next, we focus on the distribution prices of 110kV and below that play a decisive role in incremental distribution. In order to simplify the analysis, we only analyze the distribution prices of large industrial users (special line users) who account for a large proportion of incremental distribution
(I) comparison of distribution prices of large industrial users of 110kV and below
according to the provincial power transmission and distribution pricing method, it is fully mixed with polymers in a physically dispersed state, and priced separately according to the voltage level and user type. The price of the next voltage level includes the previous price level. In order to more clearly analyze the separate costs of different types of users and each voltage level, we have made a price difference analysis by voltage level, that is, the price of each voltage level = the price of the previous voltage level - the price of this voltage level
because this paper only analyzes incremental distribution, we only analyze the distribution price of large industries with voltage levels of 110kV and below, and get the following histogram
(II) the summary of distribution prices for large industries of 110kV and below
is just a histogram and does not explain too many problems. We might as well take a look at the price difference of each voltage level of large industrial users and the summary of distribution prices of 110kV and below (sorted from high to low)
(III) two interesting analysis conclusions
1. This steel bar bending experimental machine is developed according to the provisions of the national standard metal bending experimental method (gb232 (8)). The distribution price of 110kV and below in South China is significantly higher than that of large industrial distribution prices in five provinces and cities in South China, with an average of 0.1232 yuan/kwh
the average distribution price of large industries in 15 provinces and cities in China is 0.05574 yuan/kwh
therefore, it can be seen that the average distribution price in South China is significantly higher than that in China
it should be noted that from the comparative analysis of macro prices, the overall transmission and distribution prices in South China are not higher than those in China, while the distribution prices of 110kV and below are significantly higher than those in China, indicating that the transmission prices of 110kV and above are significantly lower than those in China. Relatively speaking, the price structure is more reasonable, in line with the distribution law of transmission and distribution costs with low transmission prices and high distribution prices
2. There are relatively regular prices
further analysis shows that we have found some interesting prices, which are summarized as follows:
the electricity prices of large industrial power distribution in the above-mentioned provinces and cities are very regular, which is particularly eye-catching compared with the distribution prices of other provinces and cities with uneven parameters accurate to 4 digits after the decimal point. In addition, some provinces and cities have taken the lead in organizing technicians to pay attention to rubber and plastic The theory and practice of quality testing equipment in the light industry such as packaging are comprehensively analyzed and summarized. The distribution price is exactly the same. As for the reasons behind the cost management, cost audit and price control, it is not within the scope of this article. Let readers analyze it by themselves
analysis of investment value of incremental distribution
about the investment value of incremental distribution, the main considerations are: first, planning and design and cost; Second, safety quality and risk; Third, investment recovery
investment recovery is mainly in three aspects: first, the amount of electricity; Second, the approved transmission and distribution electricity price; Third, the medium and long-term rate of return. In terms of future years, it mainly depends on electricity and electricity prices. Therefore, electricity price is the core factor related to the value of incremental distribution investment
at present, in terms of the distribution price of incremental distribution, before there is no separate verification of the distribution price, based on the difference between the transmission and distribution price of the previous voltage level of provincial power and the same voltage level, the future verified price is likely to not be higher than the above price. Therefore, the distribution price of provincial electricity can be used as an investment reference for incremental distribution for a long time in the future
according to the above analysis, for the investment value of incremental distribution, we preliminarily believe that according to the distribution price, it can be roughly divided into three value areas, as shown in the following table
1. Provinces and cities with high investment value
the distribution price in these provinces and cities is more than 0.1 yuan/kwh, which has high investment value. If there are incremental allocation or investment opportunities in this area, if the price and risk are appropriate, it is recommended to pay high attention and give priority. These provinces and cities are in the southern region, including Guangxi, Shenzhen, Guizhou and Yunnan. The average price of large industrial power distribution of 110kV and below in these four provinces and cities is 0.1378 yuan/kwh
2. Provinces and cities with average investment value
the distribution price is 0 Between 1 yuan/kwh, the investment value is general. If there are low-cost and high-quality distribution assets, the future electricity will be stable, the growth momentum will be good, and the risk will be low, so we can pay appropriate attention
it mainly includes 9 provinces and cities including Ningxia, Sichuan, Mengxi, Hunan, Shaanxi, Hubei and Chongqing. The average price of 110kV and below large industrial power distribution is 0.0674 yuan/kwh
3. In provinces and cities with low investment value, the distribution price is lower than 0.05 yuan/kwh, so a more cautious attitude should be taken when investing, and the asset value, power consumption, risk, etc. should be carefully evaluated
these provinces and cities include Beijing, Shaanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Tianjin and other seven provinces and cities. The average price of 110kV and below large industrial power distribution is 0.0420 yuan/kwh
it should be noted that the distribution investment is different from the distributed photovoltaic or other energy investment projects with relatively low technology content. It needs to consider not only the electricity price, but also various factors, and there are certain risks. However, if it can be combined with related businesses such as integrated energy services, distribution, micro electricity, and power sales, there is still good room for growth in the future
